We don’t have our boarding times yet. What should we do?
Don’t worry! We understand that sometimes boarding times are only sent a week or two prior to your holiday. We advise, if this is the case, to put 12pm as arrival and 9am for disembarkation. You simply call us 30 minutes prior to arrival and again once you have your luggage and are leaving the ship on return. We will call you on the day to confirm arrival time anyway. There is no extra charge for arriving earlier or leaving later on the day.
How much time should I allow before my boarding time to arrive at your car park?
We suggest arriving approximately an hour before your boarding time. This allows for any traffic delays. Southampton can get considerably busy when there are multiple cruise ships sailing and on football match days.
Do you have any discount codes?
Yes! We have discount codes available for cruise parking all year round. If you're traveling for more than 7 days, simply call us for a discount code and quote your cruise ship.
Do we get to keep our keys?
YES! You keep your keys (especially useful for Tesla owners), and your car stays where you left it. This ensures peace of mind and keeps your car insured. Handing over your keys may transfer liability, which could impact your insurance coverage. We've heard horror stories! Also, beware of scams involving leaving cars on private driveways. Park and Ride should be simple—Park your car, keep your keys, and get dropped off at your cruise ship.
Is your car park secure?
Yes, we have the Park Mark certification, meaning our site has been vetted by the police and the British Parking Association. We also have CCTV, regular patrols, and a gated facility.
We are travelling down the night before and staying in a hotel. Can we park the day before and you take us to our hotel?
Yes, it does make sense to travel down a day earlier if you have a long way to come. If you prefer to park your car the night before and be dropped off at your hotel, that is not a problem. We can offer a pickup service from your hotel the next day to the docks for an extra small charge. Simply call us to discuss.
Which hotel is nearest to you?
The Premier Inn at Southampton Airport is a stone's throw away and has overnight parking.
Do you have disabled parking or wider bays?
Yes, simply request when booking.
We have a camper van or minibus. Are there any restrictions?
No, as long as it's not an Arctic lorry, you're okay! Just mention when booking or in the comments field that you have a larger vehicle—there is no extra charge!
Can you assist us with our luggage?
Yes, simply ask us. We will be more than happy to help on arrival and departure. If you require specific assistance, please mention it when booking.
We have a wheelchair. Is that okay?
Yes, we can transfer your wheelchair as long as it is foldable. If not, and you are wheelchair-bound, please call us to ask for a vehicle with a ramp.
Is there a charge for extra luggage than we booked for?
No extra charge, we are getting used to this now 😉.
Do you cover all cruise terminals and how long do transfers take?
Yes, we cover all terminals, and transfers usually take 15 minutes depending on traffic. On busy days when there are many ships in and a football match, there can be congestion at the docks, but this is something everyone experiences.
Will I need to wait for my shuttle to and from the docks?
We don’t run hourly or timed shuttles. We feel that we should try and drop and pick up our customers as and when they request. Usually, we have a vehicle waiting on arrival as long as you let us know and are on time. On arrival, you simply call once you have your luggage and are outside. We do ask to allow approximately 20 minutes, but usually, it is a lot sooner. What we do say is communication is key for a smooth operation. As you can see from our reviews, we try our best to provide the best service at a great affordable price!
We need to cancel our booking. What should we do?
Simply email us with your details, and if within our terms, we will refund. Even if it doesn’t meet our refund policy, we understand that many of our customers are of an age where illness can prevent travel, so we offer a credit note for when they can travel again.
We cruise regularly. Do you offer a loyalty discount?
Yes, all our returning customers get a discount.

After having a horrible experience ourselves, we decided to start our own business to provide an easy-to-find, affordable, secure, simple cruise parking service that lets you keep your keys! It can't be that hard, we thought... we were wrong! We soon realized there are people in business who don’t like to share or want you to fail. Despite the challenges, we didn't let it deter us. We are on fly and cruise. Can you take us to the train station or the airport?
Yes, we get many requests from our customers who fly and cruise back to Southampton. We can drop you off at the train station at no extra charge.
